Exam III Materials

The third section of the course examines transcription and its regulation.  We are going to initially look at prokaryotic transcription and use both the Lac Operon and Lambda Phage to explore the precise regulation of gene expression.  The readings for each section are outlined below with links to the specific web pages.  There is also a link to the online review page for this exam, practice exam problems and their answers.
